Funding the Future
Senior Village, a 501(C)(3) non-profit organization, is dedicated to providing simple, non-medical services to residents of SaddleBrooke to help them live independently and to serve as a resource when they decide to transition from our community.
Donations to Senior Village stay within the community of SaddleBrooke. All services are provided by volunteers. This means we must rely on donations to cover expenses such as liability insurance, background checks for volunteers, minimally paid staff, web access, printing, mailings, phone system, and more. We ask you, through your generous giving, to support our commitment. There are many ways to contribute to Senior Village through planned giving.

Donations further the mission of Senior Village at SaddleBrooke – assisting residents to stay in their homes as long as is practical. There are many ways to donate:

Senior Village is a 501 (c) 3 organization making your donation eligible for the Arizona tax credits and Required Minimum Distribution (RMD) donations. Legacy, trusts, life insurance policies, and other planned giving options help ensure that Senior Village will be here for future residents as it is for you today. Donations of stocks & bonds and real estate are additional options. Please discuss your giving options with your financial advisors.

Bequests
In your will or trust, you may name Senior Village at SaddleBrooke as a charitable beneficiary to receive a set amount, a percentage of your estate or a residual gift after other bequests have been granted.
