As tax season approaches, there’s a silver lining for Arizona residents looking to make a positive impact on their community. You have until April 15, 2024, to donate to Senior Village at SaddleBrooke and receive a dollar-for-dollar tax credit on your 2023 Arizona state tax return.

Seize the opportunity to decrease your state tax burden and contribute to building a stronger SaddleBrooke community. Individuals can receive up to $421 in tax credits, while couples filing jointly can claim up to $841.

Here’s how you can make a difference and enjoy the tax benefits:

1. Choose your preferred donation method – whether online or by check – at seniorvillageatsaddlebrooke.org. Ensure envelopes are postmarked, and credit cards are charged by April 15. For donations by check, please mail to: Senior Village at SaddleBrooke, PO Box 8584, Tucson, AZ 85739.

2. Then, prepare your Arizona state income tax return. There’s no need to itemize to take advantage of the credit; simply complete Arizona Tax Forms 321 and 301 and include them with your return. Use Senior Village’s Qualified Charitable Organization (QCO) code 20990, and Federal ID 47-5552021.

Always make sure to consult your tax advisor with any charitable giving questions. Senior Village does not provide tax advice.

There’s still plenty of time to make a lasting impact on our community while enjoying the benefits of tax credits. Keep your tax dollars local and support Senior Village at SaddleBrooke as we work together to build a stronger and more vibrant community.
