Location of land owned by Senior Village
Senior Village is committed to establishing a dedicated office to create workspace for employees, centralize operations, facilitate efficient communication and sustain growth in the years ahead. An office will enhance our ability to serve our members and the entire SaddleBrooke community and represents a significant step forward.
The dynamic growth of Senior Village, with its increasing membership and service offerings, necessitates a central hub for streamlined operations, efficient coordination and enhanced member support.
As Senior Village continues to evolve, grow, and expand services to members and the SaddleBrooke community, the need for a physical office space has become critical. Our goals for the office are:
- Establishing a Dedicated Workspace: Create a central office facility for the executive director and staff to enhance collaboration, streamline operations and address organizational needs effectively. The executive director and office supplies have been temporarily housed in two casitas owned by generous SaddleBrooke residents. Six part-time staff operate remotely, hindering collaborative efforts and productivity.
- Community Engagement: Foster a welcoming environment for members and volunteers to connect, collaborate and contribute to the success of Senior Village.
- Resource Optimization: Create an organized workspace that allows for better resource management, optimizing our ability to serve the community.
- Enhanced Member Support: Establish a centralized hub for coordinating services, responding to inquiries and addressing member needs promptly.
- Improved Communication: Develop a place for seamless interaction between volunteers, staff and members.
Your help is needed! Prior to breaking ground, the land Senior Village owns on Acacia Hills must be rezoned from residential to commercial use. Senior Village is committed to navigating this process responsibly, considering the concerns of neighboring residents, and ensuring that the development aligns with the character of the community.
